Miroslaw Adamczyk specialize in poster design, book illustration and applied graphics.
Born in 1964. Studied in the Faculty of Graphic at the State Higher School of Fine Arts in Poznan 1985-1990; graduated with a distinction from the Poster Studio of Prof. Waldemar Swierzy. He was a head of the Department of Visual Communication at the University of Arts in Poznan. Participated in many exhibitions and reviews of posters in Poland and abroad . Major Awards: Polish Poster Biennale in Katowice, First Laur, 1997, Bronze medal, 1999, ; Festival of Poster in Krakow, 2nd Prize, 2001, Grand Prix, 2002; International Biennale of Theatre Posters in Rzeszow, The 2nd Prize, 2003; International Biennial of Posters of the Islamic World, Tehran, Second Prize, 2007; Colorado International Invitational Poster Exhibition, Honorable Mention, 2007, 2009; 100 best posters of Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Nomination, 2010
